From her earliest childhood memory, music has been at the core of Dayna's existence. A quiet child with a vivid imagination, Dayna often found herself seeing stories come to life through the songs she practiced in her piano lesson books.
As her craft grew, so did her desire to showcase the storytelling qualities of repetitive melody lines and intentional rhythmic sequences. Her belief that everyone has an imagination has inspired her compositions, highlighting the capacity for listeners to create their own stories through her timeless and melodic soundscapes.
Under her practiced fingers, the piano has become a tool in which Dayna can communicate her own intense emotions while calling to her audience in authentic connection.
When she is not behind the keys of a piano, Dayna can probably be found outside with her husband somewhere: hiking, kayaking, camping, or even homeschooling their two daughters. She is an avid reader, and enjoys cooking ALMOST as much as she enjoys making music.
